Really upset. I have gone to this location plenty of times. I've never had any issues until today. I placed a pick up order online. The restaurant closes at 10pm. I placed the order at 9:22. We live nearby. My husband went to pick up at 9:30 and they were closed. The sign on the door says closes at 10pm. There was no sign to say they closed early. My husband could see them still in the restaurant closing up, but my argument is you shouldn't be allowed to place an order if the restaurant is closed. For that, they will not get my money anymore.
I have loved Subway since I was a kid, it's been around a while, I like Subway because it is healthier than fast food places no offense) . I have always loved the veggie sub, but I have to admit that the new series is outstanding. I haven't tried all of them, but I am in love ? with the Outlaw. So tasty and delicious. Treat yourself to lunch today and try the Outlaw, or The Boss, or The Monster. These are just a few in the New series that I have tried, there are others. Next time I go to Subway, I'll take pictures, promise
I ordered a sub online and accidentally selected the wrong type of bread. I called immediately to make the correction, but I was hung up on twice. The person on the other end had difficulty understanding my request. It’s frustrating to have someone working there who can’t handle a simple change for a sandwich. I won’t be ordering from this place again.
This is likely the worst Subway in Randallstown, not due to the food but because the manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. When I asked to cancel my order, the manager simply told me it wasn't his problem and that I should reach out to my bank instead.

The customer service here is terrible, and there seems to be a complete lack of regard for patrons. I have observed a consistent pattern of disrespectful treatment towards African Americans, which shows a lack of consideration for the community.
They were very helpful when I called to place my catering order for my event at and when I called to get an earlier delivery time it was no problem. I will be using them again for my next event.
Bad customer service. The lady had a bad attitude. She made a quick derogatory statement about in her native language to her colleague. I will not return to this location.
I ordered delivery and part of my order was incorrect. When I called to complain, the person on the other end hung up on me! I will NEVER be ordering from there again!

I went there to try the TikTok pizza and the guy knew when i ordered pizza which was hilarious an great feeling lol he made it to perfection
For the most part they do a good job. I would recommend they learn more english so that they understand what the customer wants.
