I ordered a Buffalo chicken footlong from this location using their online ordering system. I requested chipotle sauce and honey mustard, but when I received the sandwich, there was hardly any chicken. Instead, it was mostly filled with mayo (which I didn't ask for) and a lot of salad. I've never had a bad experience at other Subways, but this was very unprofessional. As customers, we deserve better. If I could, I would give this store a zero rating.
I ordered a Cold Cut Combo, which is supposed to include ham, salami, and bologna. However, the server at the counter insisted that it only contained bologna. I checked the Subway website, and their description states that the Cold Cut Combo includes ham, salami, and bologna (all turkey-based). This sandwich is a long-time favorite at Subway, but it's certainly not a favorite of mine if I'm being shortchanged.

This location is the worst, never have bread choices, workers don't really know the menu, and truly have zero customer service standards to the point of being rude. They actually seem annoyed that they have to come out from the back to help you. I love this neighborhood and really try to support the local businesses,but sadly I'm done with this one. terrible customer service lady was very rude while I make my sandwich because I always wanted to add dinge to my sandwich when I complained on the phone to a friend of terrible they are all in my conversation saying that I put too much on the sand that she claims this is not subway this is series
The restaurant was closed at an unexpected time. I arrived around 1:46 PM, and according to both Google and Subway, it should have been open. However, it was locked up, and there was no one inside. Everything was on display, but the store was completely empty and the door was locked.
Never never order from here everything was close so I had to but sandwich was made so bad plus no matter what instructions you give on app they just can't follow and I had one of worst pizza of life way it was made even if you no options just don't order here
