Honestly the worst experience here. If I could put 0 stars I would have. I’ve ordered online to pick up my food, and it said it’ll be done in 20 mins. Great. So 20mins later I went to the front, showed him my Subway App and he dared to say the food wasn’t ready. That he needs to call my PERSONAL number to confirm I’m the one purchasing. When clearly I have the APP in hand to confirm and have SHOWED IT TO HIM. He called my phone and I showed that his appeared, he didn’t believe me 3x…he suggested I call the subway , and still wanted to argue…….he finally decided to create the sandwich EVEN WHEN I SHOWED THE APP, THE RECEIPT AND EXPLAINED WHAT IVE ORDERED. Horrible man. Jipped my family twice by refusing to take an online order and not refunding us after we had already ordered, and then double charged us another time. Extremely disrespectful and doesn’t know what he is serving. The cold cut combo is entirely Turkey based but kept insisting we do not order it because it is all pork. It really isn’t his business to assume who we are or push his choices on us anyway. Will never go here again and highly advise everyone to avoid this establishment at all costs.

This guy asked us if we were Muslim and kept pushing the fact that we should not order it because it's all pork, even though we know and verified beforehand that it is all Turkey based . 1. Know what food you're serving 2. Don't push choices onto customers based on your assumptions Horrible man. He's usually working there so beware. I visited here 2 times and both times they did not accept subway circular coupons. I will never eat at this store. Its too bad your losing local customers. If they had accepted my coupon, I would come there on a regular basis, and eat at regular prices, but now I won't since they dont honor any coupons.

Good food but some of them are rude. I asked for lite mayo they put allot of mayo for my liking. They didn't want to take my subways coupon. Everytime I pass by it's empty I wonder why????
