The young woman at the counter, who I believe was new since I hadn’t seen her before, was very rude. She spoke negatively about the customers ahead of me, interrupted me while I was ordering, and clearly showed her dislike for the job. I understand everyone has rough days and works hard, but her attitude made it seem like she wasn’t trying at all. I can’t remember her name, but I clearly remember her lack of interest in helping me. It was also upsetting that she criticized other customers within my earshot. Customers deserve much better service.
Each time I go to this restaurant, I'm amazed by how long it takes for the staff to prepare the sandwiches. More often than not, my sandwich is thrown together haphazardly, but I put up with it because I don’t want to be “that customer.” At this stage, I can only blame myself for returning, but the convenience of it being just down the street from my home keeps drawing me back.
Justin was amazing! The food was fresh and bursting with flavor. The restaurant is conveniently situated and easy to reach from the main road. The parking lot is spacious and well-lit. The staff, mostly of Jamaican heritage, were wonderful. One team member prepared our sandwich with kindness and professionalism. Overall, the customer service was outstanding. Thank you!
I’m a HUGE fan of Candi! She not only took the time to help my mom and me later in the evening, but she also went above and beyond by warming up some meatballs for our subs after they had run out. With a friendly smile, she shared a coupon deal that saved us a lot of money. If I owned a Subway, I would absolutely want Candi on my team!

All I can say is I been here twice and will no longer return customer service doesn’t exist the food is prepared poorly, please pay your employees so they can actually care about the job they are doing this is the corporate failing not the store. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The manager here is excellent. I can tell she really knows what she’s doing. Not one thing out of place and always working with urgency. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Takeaway Price per person: $10–20
Stopped by to pick up two subs up and it is not even ready. Saw few errors that she made plus didn't toast them that I requested. She got bad attitude after I asked her to correct them nicely. She should fired.
I really enjoy this restaurant! It's definitely worth a visit. The staff are friendly, and the restaurant is always spotless. It's a comfortable, air-conditioned place to unwind and have a meal.
