The food was outstanding, and that wasn’t the problem at all. The young man at the counter was exceptionally polite. However, I had an issue with the female cashier, who was quite rude to a Hispanic couple while they were placing their order. It was clear that the Hispanic gentleman had difficulty with English, yet instead of showing patience and understanding towards the paying customers, she raised her voice, telling him to speak up, and even laughed as if it were amusing.
The food was great that wasn't the problem, the young man working the counter was very very respectful. My problem was the female cashier was very very rude to a Hispanic couple placing their order. It was very clear that the Hispanic gentlemen couldnot speak good English, instead of her trying to understand and be patient with the PAYING CUSTOMERS she yelled at him to speakup and then laughed as if it was funny.
We recently enjoyed a wonderful experience at Subway, situated at 424 Cahaba Park Circle, Birmingham, Alabama 35242. Erin and Macon offered us friendly and courteous service, and the food was outstanding. They welcomed us warmly when we arrived and encouraged us to return, which we certainly intend to do. This is by far the rudest Subway I've ever been to. The staff displayed a poor attitude and were unhelpful. I ordered a wrap, and when it was cut diagonally, all the contents spilled on me. It would be great if you could hire individuals who genuinely enjoy interacting with customers.

The owner, Gi Gi, is not very friendly and seems to lack consideration for her customers. I suggest choosing the nearby Subway instead.
