I had a disappointing experience with my recent order at Subway. Both sandwiches were completely incorrect. I paid for avocado, but neither sandwich had any. They added cucumber and tomatoes even though I didn’t ask for them—my mother is allergic to tomatoes. No extra sauces were provided, and the only sauce included was spread on just half of one sandwich. Despite requesting cheese, there was none on the sandwiches, and they weren’t toasted as specified. Today at Subway, I was served by a man who seemed quite upset, which I didn’t mind, but I noticed he wasn’t wearing a mask. He wore disposable gloves while making sandwiches, opening the cash register, and handling money, but he didn’t change them between three customers, including myself. I was shocked by this lack of hygiene. I paid $7.26 for my sandwich, but couldn’t bring myself to eat it and ended up throwing it away. I’ve bought sandwiches here a few times before, but after witnessing this, I won’t be returning. He definitely needs a refresher on proper sanitation. This happened on June 16, 2022, at 7:53 PM.
I'm giving the subway a three-star rating because they have a door that used to provide access to a bathroom, which they closed during COVID and have yet to reopen. I’m not sure if it's legal to operate a dining establishment without a public restroom. We need access to restrooms to wash our hands before we eat!
Avoid visiting on Sunday evenings. There was only one employee working, and she seemed completely uninterested in her job. The sandwich I ordered was easily the worst I've ever had.

The food was outstanding and made fresh to order. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that there was only one type of bread available (wheat) during our visit.
