Subway - Reserva de mesa

I came to this Subway quite a long time ago (easily more than a year ago) and was treated rudely by a staff member who curtly and abruptly told me to take off my mask. I made it known that I did not wish to be spoken to in that tone, and he simply becamedefensive and more argumentative. This in itself is not a major incident, and not something I would normally comment on, exceptthat, since then, I encountered two other Subway restaurants that featured staff who were very similarly rude. I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant last night. A staff member rushed me and didn’t wait for me to finish my request when I asked about the bread, even though I noticed a bunch of it when I went outside. It struck me as poor customer service, and I wouldn’t consider returning. It’s odd that the owners seem to thank customers for positive reviews but ignore complaints. Later, I stopped by Subway, where a friendly young man who happened to be Black was working. He provided excellent service with no issues, which is how it should be.

The young man who made me meatball sub said they were out of sauce when I asked why the meatballs had no sauce. They were also cold. I wish I could say this was an isolated thing, but given their extremely limited menu you'd think they'd be able to keep things in supply. The owners seem nice, but I think it's due to their having employees who are just there to collect a paycheck for awhile and quit. If anyone other than a longterm employee is there, I walk by.

This location NEVER disappoints? Staff is always friendly, their subs are INSANELY GOOD and the place is always clean? Tonight Nicholas made my sub.. and Wow! Best sub ever? I am very disappointed with my sub. The layer of meat in the sub is as thin as a piece of paper. Of course, they added 1 pound of lettuce and spinach with just 3 pencil sliced red onions. As I took a bite of my sub, there was more bread and lettuce thananything else.

Its typical fast food type of service, but that's okay because I don't go for socialization. The sandwiches are quite typical and something I could do myself if I had time and energy.

FRESH, clean, kind, and fast... One of the best Subway's I've been to in a long while... Highly recommend and will be back again soon, great spot to pick up lunch
