I ordered two large sandwiches, but one of them had hardly any meat—it was mostly bread. The young man who made the second sandwich did it correctly. I had placed my online order early in the morning at 11:00, intending to pick it up at 6:00. I knew the order wasn't ready, and there was no one else in the store. I cannot recommend this subway location. When I tried to point out that I ordered olives, not jalapeños, the staff—both the woman and the man—were quite rude and insisted that I had made an error in my online order. Even after I showed them that my order clearly stated "no jalapeños," the woman blamed me, saying that if I wanted it done properly, I should have ordered in person. The man opened my sandwich, removed the jalapeños, and failed to add the olives, sending me on my way with a sandwich that was mostly just bread and barely any lettuce. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
This subway is the worst subway I ever visited. I went to pick up an online ordered by my son. I was only customer when I arrived.They forget to give me cookie and coke even they confirmed that I have everything. When I went back to get the missing items 20 minutes later. No sorry. Nothing. It will be very bad if order from DoorDash or Uber eater and similar thing happens.

You should be more meat tomatoes and salad on their sandwiches should be thicker, also quick review parsipping street makes a better job to make real good sandwiches absolutely awesome, and there is an Irish deli over the street and they are fantastic people too, so if you try in the area the Irish deli on Parsippany road over from fast check
Extremely poor service. Cant even give a cup for water. There were whole lot of cups but couldnt even give a single one. I am pregnant and that lady couldn’t empathize with that. She was like you should go where they give cups for water. Utter nonsense. Wouldnt ever go here.
The manager lady threw a cutting knife pointy side pointed just to pass it to her trainee!! I was hortified! She barked at him and was rude to me also. Never will go to any Subway ever since seeing this.
