When I requested a refund and even brought back the remaining half of the sub, she refused. I mentioned that I can return food I didn't like to other restaurants, so why couldn't I get a refund for food that actually made me sick? She still denied my request. She ended up calling the owner, took my information, and said he'd get back to me "sometime next week." Yeah, right! It's now 1:30 PM, and I still haven't been able to eat anything. The two ladies behind the counter were nice, friendly and with a smile. 2 men ahead of me were very nasty and yelling at them. The ladies did exactly as they asked but the men kept yelling. The whole time the 2 women had a smile and were very polite. My sub was fresh and I enjoyed it. I will be going back.July 11, 2023
The woman working behind the counter on 5/20/2023 was extremely rude to the customers in line ahead of me. The sandwich I got probably would have tasted better had it not been exposed to her ugly attitude. Also, bring back the $5 footlong, cause your sandwiches aren't worth $13 for a footlong.
The staff here are always friendly, and my sandwich was absolutely delicious. My favorite aspect of this place is that there's a payphone right in front! You don't see those very often these days.

The customer service is terrible. If you're not happy with the taste of your food and they prepared your order correctly, you're out of luck! There are no refunds and they won't remake your order!
The sign indicated they were open on Sundays until 7 PM, but when I arrived at 6 PM, the doors were locked and the staff member wouldn't acknowledge me. Very disappointing.
This Subway was very clean and the food was made to perfection. The 2(female/male) were both friendly and courteous. I will definitely visit this Subway again.
Girl said coupon did not include already named subs, had to build my own. Got 3 subs with coupon and different price from other subway I went to an hour
