My coworker and I received Subway gift cards from our principal and wanted to use them after getting pedicures at a nearby shop. We entered the shop at 7:55 and waited for the store associate to finish helping other people. Before she took my order, shesaid they were closed and complained about us coming in the store. I visited this restaurant with a coupon, but to my surprise, the total ended up being less than the coupon value. Unfortunately, the staff also tried to add some erroneous charges to our bill. They struggled to resolve the issue and ultimately had to cancel our transaction to assist the next customers. When they attempted to ring us up again, they still couldn’t get it right. Eventually, they realized they had mistakenly recorded our rewards as a gift card payment, which made my credit card look like an invalid subway card. The morons who work here can’t do their simple job. Went there today and somehow they lost my sandwich and then gave me someone else’s. Thanks for wasting my time and money, will not be coming back. I’ve never had a problem with this subway until today, but this is unacceptable. They didn't give me my receipt and shuffled me out of there and threw it away so I can't even return it. For whatever reason there was only two people working the lunch hour on a Saturday. I waited 20 minutes just to order. I was very excited to eat my sub but upon eating it. I couldnt finish more than 2 bites. It was horrible. I mean I think the cheese was bad or something it just tasted like no other subway I’ve ever tried. Awful. I think I’m going to be sick. I had a truly terrible experience at this restaurant. They served us completely spoiled lettuce. When I called to address the issue, the manager claimed over the phone that it was toasted. This was clearly untrue, as we hadn't toasted the sandwich, and there were no signs of toasted bread. When we pointed this out, they tried to blame us instead. We explained that it shouldn't be our responsibility, and then the manager simply hung up on us.

Used the app and was charged twice, I told them that?s fine just make me another sub if you won?t credit the difference. After several calls to the manager, who was worthless and subway HQ to no avail. They finally made me a 2nd sub. Live and learn, nomore subway. PS to the franchise owner, I?m sure this ineptitude trickles down from you, get on the job.

The restaurant shouldn't be contacting me to complain about Grubhub not picking up my order. I'm neither a Grubhub representative nor a driver. Subway determines its own delivery hours, and they should uphold those hours and address any issues with Grubhub directly. This situation shouldn't involve me at all.
