I experienced the absolute worst customer service at this restaurant. I ordered sandwiches with soda and chips three times, and each time they failed to provide the drinks and chips. When I called the Subway location, the staff was rude and even yelled at me, claiming I was "playing games." Keep in mind that I was paying for these items and still didn't receive them after three attempts. I strongly advise against ordering from here; instead, go to the location at 1201 Jericho, where they know how to take and pack an order properly. The prices at Subway are quite reasonable, but the quality leaves much to be desired. Despite running out of several key ingredients, the staff still expected a tip. I ordered salami from the menu, only to be charged 75 cents for just three slices. They also added an extra fee for requesting more than two small slices of cheese. When I asked for spinach, they gave me only three tiny leaves. Overall, the food was bland. I can’t recommend this Subway location; I suggest visiting the one in Port Washington or trying a different restaurant altogether.

This restaurant is my absolute favorite! I've eaten at many different places, but I always find myself coming back here. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the food is full of flavor. I look forward to enjoying a fantastic dinner here every time. I highly recommend this place!
