I called the Severn, MD Subway location to ask if they accept EBT. After making the trip and ordering my subs, I was disappointed to learn at the register that they do not accept EBT. When I mentioned to the staff that I had called about 45 minutes earlier and received different information, they just gave me blank stares. I had walked 20 minutes and crossed a busy road with a baby stroller to get there. I think the staff should be better informed about the store’s policies before answering such questions or at least double-check if they’re unsure. Even days later, I’m still frustrated by the experience!
I’ve been to this Subway twice and noticed that the staff always serve consistent portion sizes for their subs. However, I’m starting to feel that the food quality doesn’t quite justify the prices. I’m also curious about who owns this location. Additionally, I wonder if their prices match those of the Subway down the street or if they’re a bit higher.
The cashier seemed to be having a tough day. While he got my order right, he spoke so quietly that I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. His frustration was clear, which made the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable for everyone nearby. But then again, it’s just Subway, right? ¯\_(?)_/¯
I just had lunch at Subway and, as always, ordered the veggie sandwich. I was really pleased that they confirmed my order and changed their gloves before giving me my food, without me even asking. It was impressive, especially with more than 10 people waiting and the place being so busy.

This is truly the best hidden gem of a restaurant I've ever been to! The staff is amazingly attentive, the food presentation is outstanding, and the portion sizes for both sandwiches and salads are unmatched—definitely 100% better than anything I've ever had from Subway! Thank you!
I arrived at 9:10 PM, with the restaurant closing at 9:30 PM, yet they still refused to take my order. They must be doing very well to turn customers away so easily. I won’t be coming back.
The restaurant was spotless, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I had a fantastic experience and will certainly return soon. The food was outstanding as well.
I absolutely loved my Supreme Meats wrap at Subway, packed with a delicious variety of vegetables from their menu!
