When I arrived at the register, I had my money ready, but the third employee chose to wrap sandwiches for the next group instead of taking my payment. He then wandered off to the back for a moment. When he finally returned and asked for my order, a random customer nearby interrupted him with a question—likely about the beverage station. Instead of processing my payment, he decided to stock cups and lids. At that point, I lost track of what was happening. My question to the owner is: Have you been losing money? Or have these minor updates become so costly that your business manager is literally counting the olives? Are olives really that expensive? I truly want this place to be one of my favorites, but I struggle with the idea of paying so much for a sandwich that only gets five olives placed on my plate. I paid $8.25, and I believe it should come with more vegetables. Can anyone provide an explanation? Thank you.

For a quick meal featuring a hearty salad or a quick snack, Subway is decent. However, I wish they would stop using GMO vegetables and offer nitrate-free deli meats. Oscar Mayer has some options available in grocery stores, so I’d love to see a partnership with them; it would definitely make me more likely to visit!
