My experience at Subway was disappointing. The cashier had difficulty with English, which made it hard to communicate and get answers to my questions. They also refused to accept my coupon, saying it could only be used on my next visit. It’s been a few years since I last came to this location, and I’m unsure if the staff has changed, but I don’t plan to return. The sandwich was below average—the lettuce and tomatoes were poor quality. Despite specifying the type of tomatoes I wanted, I ended up with something different from what the server gave me. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the service and the quality of the menu offerings during my visit.
I visited this Subway location yesterday with a coupon I received in the mail for a $6.99 footlong sandwich. Knowing the new sandwiches weren’t valid for the coupon, I ordered a regular one. However, the cashier had trouble processing the coupon and, after multiple tries, said they couldn’t accept it. I’ve used this same coupon at other Subway locations without any issues. With 35 years of retail experience, I would have handled the situation differently to ensure customer satisfaction, which I believe should always be a priority. Overall, I left feeling very disappointed.
I placed my order at 7:00 PM, anticipating that my sandwich would be ready by 7:45 PM. However, by 8:00 PM, they had misplaced my order ticket and were unhelpful in locating my food. When I requested a refund, the manager showed little sympathy and denied my request. The staff appeared more focused on having conversations among themselves in Spanish rather than addressing my issues. If I could give zero stars, I certainly would.
The food was excellent, but I had a negative experience with one of the staff members. She was rather disrespectful, so I felt it was important to remind her about the need for respect. Given that she could have been my daughter, I thought it necessary to address her attitude directly.

I have a very negative impression of this Subway location. They never pick up the phone, service is painfully slow, and the food quality leaves much to be desired. Additionally, they refuse to accept coupons, making the overall experience quite disappointing.
Subway is an exceptional restaurant! Tania, who is incredibly kind and professional, made my visit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend trying their diverse menu!
I was truly impressed by Subway. Despite its smaller size, it is part of a well-managed franchise, and the menu offers a great variety of choices.
The Italian cold cut was quite enjoyable, but I felt that they could have included a little more meat. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.
