I visited this Subway on a Friday afternoon, and it was relatively quiet due to the slow pace. While I was heading to the bathroom, I ended up behind an employee who was taking his time returning to the counter. I thought nothing of it at first, but then I was shocked to see him extend his arm toward the wall and wipe a booger on it! I was appalled by his utter lack of cleanliness. I couldn't help but exclaim, “That’s disgusting.” He turned around and mumbled something, but I firmly told him that what he did was unacceptable. He then walked into the kitchen area. When I entered the bathroom, I found it to be unsanitary and quickly left. I strongly recommend avoiding this place at all costs!
I visited on Tuesday morning, and I encountered an extremely rude elderly gentleman working there. The customer service was lacking, and his attitude was equally disappointing. I would rate him zero stars if I could. What kind of sandwich shop doesn't offer coffee? I noticed the coffee machine, but when I inquired about it, he informed me that they don’t serve any. Fine! Clearly, he’s well-informed, haha. I can't comment on the other staff members, but I definitely won’t be returning because of this experience with him.
I’m really surprised by all the positive comments about customer service at Subway because it seems like some people don’t understand what great service truly is. They even tried to give me moldy bread, and when I pointed it out, the employee attempted to pick off the mold and keep making my sandwich. I couldn't take it and walked out, never to return. The menu isn’t worth the hassle.

The worst subway I have ever been to. The manager an duty is very rude. He was putting back tomato that he put on meet after I told him I did not ask for tomatoes. Very unsanitary! I will not be going to that Subway.
I have always had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff is consistently friendly and patient, and they serve coffee and breakfast throughout the day! It's definitely the best place in my neighborhood.

Struggled to follow simple instructions, portion sizes for toppings are minimal, and the cookies are rock solid.
Don?t use this subway charges peoples cards who never ever been to the state or near them!
