I love getting into this subway. I enjoy the report that this individual employee has. She embodies a true sandwich artist. I always see her as if she lives there. It is very efficient but does not make it sloppy, so it looks as good as it tastes. Apparently, she empowers her employees for size. Today I watched them and two younger employees with less skill are thrown out with a huge line. She's like a champion. Despite the two clearly inexperienced young guys who worked with her who always fluttered and made mistakes, like a true boss helped them together.
