I walked in to an empty store. The lone associate retreated to the back room for a few minutes only to reappear, mess around behind the counter and only then did she acknowledge my existence. Not sure what I ever did to deserve such disdain. I'm sure I've never seen her before. I've never even been in Commerce before. I just left. Save your money and time. Give this one a pass.
I went there the other day and my sandwich was messed up but that was not the worst part i went in there to try and fix it and that girl behind the counter akea was absolutely rude and had horrible customer service i will be returning just because of her!!
listen, I fully believe that anyone can have poor experiences everywhere. I had a good experience here. I think if everyone is kind to everyone then people would have a good experience! just be kind and then you have the right to leave a review!

This subway is literally the cleanest and best subway I have ever been to. I use to work at subway in quinlan two years ago and it sucked but coming to this one was a major shock! Keep up the great work!!
they forget your cheese even you specifically ask for extra cheese. i said it multiple times and still...no cheese, this sandwich was mid at best.
I come here often, it's a small town so not much choice. The customer service always sucks. Don't expect a hello or a thank you from this store.

This location was quick and a basic subway. Came a bit heavy in the sauce but overall a decent spot for a quick sandwich.
