The general consensus seems to be clear: this place is disappointing. The supervisors are clearly skilled at their jobs, so you can rely on them to make you a decent sandwich. However, I had to call in tonight because my wrap was completely soaked in sauce and fell apart before I could even eat it. When I spoke to the girl on the phone, she casually mentioned that "it happens sometimes" with wraps. Trust me, it’s only happened in this place. The lack of care for customers here is almost amusing. I’m willing to go the extra mile, but I shouldn’t have to eat my subway with a knife and fork. In fact, I’m not even going to finish this. Why even have a drive thru if you don’t want to use it. Just close it down or something. Obviously staff doesn’t know how to handle both and I shouldn’t be sitting here for 30 mins for one sandwich that is literally just meat and cheese because of their lack of ability to multitask.
