I typically do not write reviews for fast food establishments as they are often chosen for convenience rather than quality. However, on rare occasions when the food or service is exceptionally lacking, I feel compelled to share my experience. Last night, I visited a fast food location where I encountered three employees – a young man, an older woman, and a young woman. Despite there being only one customer ahead of me, the older woman at the counter made no effort to assist me or acknowledge my presence. I must give credit where it is due. I went to the restaurant today and ordered 3 sandwiches. There was a line of people behind me. Despite there being only one gentleman working behind the counter, he quickly and effortlessly put together my sandwiches. It was wonderful to see such outstanding customer service.
