As soon as you step through the doors, the employee named Demi greets you with a look that says you’re a burden. If she dislikes working there, perhaps she should consider a different job. Providing meals and accepting money from customers requires at least a basic level of service! God forbid you ask for extra items or request something on the side; you’ll be met with a dramatic eye roll. Not only is she impolite, but she’s also stingy, rude, unprofessional, and incredibly impatient — just a really unpleasant person to deal with.

I finally tried a sub from a SUBWAY that deserves a solid 4 stars. I went for The Monster with double meat and a variety of my favorite toppings. I chose Garlic Aioli, Red Wine Vinegar, Lettuce, Tomato, Spinach, Black Olives, Jalapeños, Banana Peppers, Black Pepper, and Oregano, and I opted not to have it toasted. The big question is, is it worth $17? Not really. Honestly, I can't tell the difference between their pre-sliced meat and the freshly sliced option. There is this one big lady that works there and she makes the worse sandwiches ever she throws the veggies on the bread and makes a messy sub, always got a attitude and makes mean faces. She needs to get fired because this subway was better when she wasn't working. Also come during the time when you see anyone working because they know how to make a sub right and delicious.
I ordered a full veggie sandwich. All I got was 2 halves containing an itsy-bitsy amount of mayo, 6-8 olives pieces, and some spinach. I am posting a picture of the sandwich that I got. Had to just dump it!!! I could not even reach anyone at the store because guess what?? NO ONE picks up the phone at this store. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Store and Horrible service.

On more than one occasion the open sign is on and lit I walk in and I am told I have to wait another hour. You try to order online the store doesn’t take orders until 11am or so. I think they can do better if they are more disciplined and punctual.
The restaurant didn’t have any chicken or beef options, and the place appeared empty and dim, as if the lights were off.
