They make an excellent sub! The only issue I encountered was that another customer was placing a order for the next day, which held up the two workers. However, once that was sorted out, everything went smoothly. Just keep in mind that there were only two staff members present, so it took a little time. Other than that, the subs are fantastic!
Stopped for a few subs today. Both staff, one female and one male, made no effort to be pleasant. The female staff displayed a disdainful attitude and clearly wished she could be elsewhere. It made us very uncomfortable and doubtful I’ll go back. Food was ok but I’m more likely to remember the staffs attitude rather than the food.
The staff is always friendly and the toppings are always fresh. I've been to a bunch of different subways in Newfoundland and this one is the best.The only complaint is the soda machine isn't great water quality or something. But they always have bottled drinks available which is why I give a 5 star rating.

Employee was left alone and was extremely busy. She did a great job! But she needed an extra hand. No lettuce or spinach. I feel like it wasn't fair for her to be left alone with no prep done. Manager needs to stock up and have more staff to help

The service could use some improvement! They charge extra for items that should qualify for a meal discount, and the portions of meat on the subs are not sufficient. On a positive note, the food is always fresh.
