I walked in and waited for someone to assist me. The staff member had a very thick accent, which made it difficult to understand him. Instead of focusing on our food, he spent time stocking supplies, repeatedly going to the back to grab items. He also didn't change his gloves during this time. We ordered two salads, and despite being the only customers, it took 25 minutes to get them. One salad bowl was only a third full, and the other had a hair in it. On my previous visit, I got very sick afterward; the salad had brown spots, and it was clear that the vegetables had been left out for hours and had spoiled. It's concerning that your employees may not be properly trained in portioning ingredients, such as vegetables, cheese, and sauces on sandwiches. To make matters worse, Mukesh didn’t even hand me my sandwiches in a bag; he just handed them to me in his hands, which I found quite unprofessional. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I believe it reflects poorly on your establishment. This is actually the third time I’ve encountered a similar issue, prompting me to write this review in hopes that the owner will read it and take the necessary steps to address these recurring problems.

As a cyclist who crossed Canada, I have some concerns about the management of your establishment. Since you do not provide any surveillance or bicycle racks for safekeeping, if my bike were to be stolen outside your store, Canadian law suggests that you could be held responsible for the loss of my property. It has been too long since I have been at a subway. And now it may be longer. Was a little shocked at the sticker price nowadays, a combo should never exceed 20 dollars in my opinion but it did. Maybe I’m getting to old. Tip: if you order a Little Italy from them. Make sure they don’t add too much

The server was not very friendly; he didn't greet us or smile at all. I ordered a veggie Subway, but the toppings were extremely minimal. I requested extra onions, but he barely added 3 or 4 small slices, and only about 6 or 7 black olives. I didn’t enjoy my experience and won’t be returning.

I always have a great experience at this subway. My 5 year old loves ordering his own meal, and the staff are always patient, friendly, and go that extra mile to put a smile on his face.

Very nice facility, looked very clean when we walked in. Bathrooms were very clean as well. I would for sure recommend this subway.
