I had a very unpleasant experience with the customer service at this restaurant. On Sunday, August 15, at 8:30 PM, my friends and I visited and ordered sandwiches. The staff member seemed more focused on packing her things and getting ready to leave than on our order. When we asked for sauces and vegetables to be added to our sandwiches, she responded rudely, saying, "Can't you see I've already added them?" and then remarked condescendingly, "Oh, it's your first time here, isn't it? Very rude customer service. Today Sunday 15 August at 8:30 PM we went there and order sandwich. She was just concerned about packing her stuff and get ready to go home and she wasn?t paying attention to our order when we ask to out sauces and veggiesshe said you can?t see I added, she said oh you first time here oh you don?t know anything!! The staff here is absolutely amazing, always very welcoming and happy to serve. I always go to this Subway location for my whole family because of how great the service is along with the way they make the sandwiches! Special shout-out to Simranjeet, she makes the place so vibrant and is truly happy to help! I see some people complaint about the pricing but my question is how does that have anything to do with the workers here or the franchise? If you can?t pay for it, go elsewhere.
It’s easy to overlook this Subway since it’s situated near a busy intersection surrounded by retail shops, restaurants, and food carts. However, this place is definitely worth a visit. The staff here are friendly and helpful; I remember visiting late at night, and they were always cheerful while taking my order. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained. Overall, this Subway is a great choice if you're looking for a quick and customized sandwich.

It was the worst food ever made. I had put on special request on the app to cut all threee sandwiches in three pieces ;and requested extra dressing on all three sandwiches, I had requested Italian herbs& cheese as my bread, got regular bread.I have never had an issue with any other subway stores.will I ever go back to this store that can?t follow instructions? no. If possible, try and avoid this subway restaurant. Horrible customer service and staff

I visited this restaurant for a quick meal, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was, allowing me to order my food promptly. The staff were friendly, and the portion sizes were generous compared to some other Subway locations I've been to. The sandwich was enjoyable, and I didn't have any issues with it. Overall, it was a positive experience.
Best subway around here. The woman who works behind the counter for night shift is the best employee in that place and any subway near by. She needs a raise like seriously. Never gives me an issue and just makes my food the way I like it and I pay and leave. I always leave her a tip. She deserves it. Again best employee.

This is the second time I ordered from this Subway and received something totally wrong. Wrong bread, wrong toppings, and wrong dressing. It was delivery so I wasn't in the store and there wasn't much I could do about it. Order from a different location.
Great management. Nicest staff. Have been going for well over 10 years and not one complaint yet
