Terrible customer service holy hell. Placed food online says delivered I never received anything, never got any emails regarding it being delivered by door dash. Called the store and they guy answers VERY rudely so first negative interaction, second I explain the situation and he tells me over and over again it’s not in his hands and he doesn’t know how to handle it and that I should call DoorDash regarding it. Didn’t place it through door dash and don’t have Any DoorDash confirmation number to confirm it was purchased only have a subway confirmation number, he starts getting angry with me like it’s my problem and keeps telling me he doesn’t know how to help me.
Go to Subway often, first time this location. My biggest complain was that the worker making my sandwiches kept grabbing his phone in his pocket, changing the song on his phone and touching his ear buds. Leaving the phone on the counter while making the sandwiches. I asked him to please stop or change your gloves before you start making my food again. It was the owners son or relative (I could tell by the tone she talked to him or could be wrong but it just wasn't a regular employee).
the staff is very rude if they even answer them. the guy who works today was a guy with glasses and shady hair. he didn't even answer us when we asked. he didn't wear masks. that is very special during covid. So we went out, not only my experience was bad today, but at another opportunity I spoke badly about the owners who had visited. she was a very common woman and all her little staff shared their stories about how much they did not like. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
I typically enjoy dining at this subway restaurant, but my experience on a Thursday night, 30 minutes before closing, was disappointing. They did not offer the dinner feast that was advertised and I had to pay full price. The staff seemed preoccupied with closing and I felt rushed even though I wasn't the last customer to order. Food quality: 4 out of 5.

I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. I placed an online order and requested for the sauce to be given on the side instead of in the sandwich, but they charged me extra for it. It wasn't even an excessive amount of sauce, I just wanted to eat the sandwich later so it wouldn't get soggy. The female employee was very rude.
Worker Bhavna took 15 minutes for 3 sandwiches. At one point she just stood there for a good 3 minutes staring at the blank sandwiches. She seemed lazy and didn’t even try to speed up any process from beginning to end. Wish I could give 0 stars.
Everything it’s old the bread ? the meat the lettuce looks brown terrible experience definitely never come back to this location
They claimed since I ordered a 2 for $17.99 and 2 six inch subs they couldn't ring it up together so I was taxed twice. #robbery
