I wanted to take a moment to recognize two exceptional employees, Jake and Rachel, who worked tonight. They single-handedly managed the entire restaurant, balancing a flood of online orders, phone calls, and numerous in-person sandwich requests. They handled it all with a smile, moving quickly and efficiently. Even though they are young, they showed remarkable professionalism. Thank you for the outstanding service!
The customer service was excellent. I placed an online order last night, feeling a little unsure because of some previous reviews. However, pressed for time, I decided to give it a try and was pleasantly surprised. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly with a smile. My order was fresh and prepared promptly. I will definitely be ordering from here again!
Like many others, I stopped by for lunch and was greeted by the friendly staff and the inviting scents of fresh bread and deli meats. However, I was disappointed when I tried to order my sandwich only to find out they didn't have oregano or provolone cheese. Fortunately, with the help of some seasoning, I was able to make the best of the situation.
