Subway - Reserva de mesa

It was a lovely summers morning, In February, quite high winds but nothing too bad. Its started when they couldn’t even cut the bread straight, after inspecting the knife used, it wasn’t bent . So no excuses there! After ordering an Italian BMT (not to be mistaken for a BLT), the meaty layers got deposited on the bread, we advanced onto the salad section! After giving VERY simple instruction of All the salad except the tomatoes and olive, the salad man proceeded to do just that, apart from it wasn’t just that! Missing out half the salad asked for and still sprinkling two hand fulls of olives, despite us saying, *man grabs first set of olives* “no olives mate” *man grabs second set of olives*...

I stopped at South Mimms with my two young boys. We joined the queue and didn't have to wait long, but after a few hours of travel, my boys were quite energetic and acting up. The young lady at the till was absolutely fantastic. She engaged the kids and offered them a free muffin each if they promised to behave. Needless to say, my kids were on their best behavior afterward. The service was wonderful. A small gesture can make a big difference. I only wish I had caught her name (Sunday, August 4th, around 10:30 AM).

We arrived here straight from the airport after a trip to Spain, and we were all exhausted after a long day. However, coming here and chatting with the staff was fantastic! They were friendly and joked with us, which really lifted our spirits. We tried to catch their names, but they were busy serving other customers. It's impressive to see such great customer care on a Sunday evening at 6 PM!

On a Sunday afternoon, the service was incredibly slow, with three staff members arguing instead of working. I’m not exaggerating when I say the line didn’t budge at all in the 15 minutes I waited. I would have left much earlier, but my son was determined to have a Subway sandwich. Reserva una mesa ahora

I had a terrible experience with the girl at the counter. When I simply asked if they were open, she didn't even acknowledge me and rolled her eyes instead. As an HGV driver, it was quite discouraging. The Subway also looked dirty, and instead of cleaning, she was on her phone.

Maybe I was unlucky but when I visited the services was busy, alot of people not wearing masks. As it was busy had to wait in line for 10mins but unfortunately the wrap I got wasn't the best, seemed tight on the portions.

Very slow, waited 20 minutes in queue, the lady took 10 minutes to serve each customer, eventually left because we were in a rush. Other subways can do a much better job. Absolutely terrible. Reserva una mesa ahora

No eat out to help out! KFC or Burger King it is then. May come back in September, may not.

They closed the restaurant 10 minutes early and wouldn't take our order.
