Subway is a hugely successful franchise, and their commitment to consistency is something many businesses struggle to achieve. However, during my visit to this particular location, I encountered some frustrations. When I walked in around 12:19 PM, with the wind chill at a bone-chilling -30 degrees, I was dismayed to find only one employee handling the sandwich-making and cash register. I have no complaints! Subway offers a fantastic, healthier alternative to fast food, and this location is no exception. They provide fresh ingredients, and the service is quick and affordable. The restaurant is exceptionally clean! The cozy dining area is well-maintained, and the staff is proactive about hygiene, frequently washing their hands and changing gloves. The menu board features images of some subs, and there are plenty of signs highlighting their specials, which is really helpful when choosing what to order. What a disappointment! I ordered a meal through my phone, but when I arrived at the restaurant, it wasn't ready. They rushed to prepare it, and I headed off to work. However, when I opened the bag, I found that the sandwich was made incorrectly—missing the meat, which is obviously the most crucial part! I called to request a refund, but the person on the line insisted that I bring it back for inspection. I explained that I didn’t have enough time during my lunch break. Rather than being understanding, he accused me of trying to get a free meal and claimed I was lying about everything. He ended the call by wishing me a good day. This Subway location is really disappointing! They’ve messed up my order twice in the last month. When I tried to speak with the manager, all he said was that he was sorry I wasn’t satisfied and that he would pass my feedback along to his team. Then he added, "Looking forward to your next visit!" Well, I won’t be returning because it feels like he’s just brushing me off. I’ve decided to take my business to the Subway in Thiensville instead! Ordered a sub online. Arrived at the time it was supposed to be ready (6:30 p.m.-dinner time). ONE GUY behind the counter, four customers in front of me. I see an express counter sign, but since there is only one employee, no one is working the express counter. When I finally get to the counter, I see a sub sitting on the back shelf--I 'm guessing it 's mine. Sure enough, I waited through four customers to pick up the order that was ready. You 'd think Hadji would have asked when I walked in if I had ordered ahead. Crappy customer service!

This is undoubtedly the best Subway in Milwaukee! The owners are extremely friendly and manage an exceptional operation. The store is spotless, and the sandwich toppings are consistently very fresh. You are always greeted with a warm hello and a smile, and they are dedicated to providing quality service at every level. The owner even offers suggestions for the best toppings based on your sandwich order. This is a fantastic restaurant with family-friendly service.

I went there a couple day ago and ordered a wrap and 2 footlong subway club sandwiches. No extras just basics with veggies. They were each 15.99. I kept thinking about how expensive that was and it didn’t used to be. So I looked up the same menu items on a different subway and they were 12.99 each. So just be aware they don’t only overcharge but also will not value your coupons. Service: Takeaway
