The manager woman here was SO RUDE. There was no greeting. When I asked for bread she said don 't have it . Asked if she had cucumbers she said nope . She was just miserable and rude the whole time. My mom told her customer service doesn 't seem like a fit for her because it was that bad. She then told us to go home . My mom said she was going to call the manager because it wasnt right how she was acting. She replied I am the manager lady . Honestly if this is what Subway has as managers, they should be ashamed. Oh yeah, AND, we bought 3 bottled beverages. My mom wanted a CUP for ice. Just ice. She said it would be $2.25!!! For a cup!
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the rude and inflexible staff. I ordered two kids' meal subs toasted with spinach, cucumber, and American cheese. However, the employee informed me that they couldn't toast the subs because it posed a fire risk. When I suggested that other Subway locations could do it, he challenged me to name one—so I listed several that I had visited. I recommend avoiding this place, as there are plenty of better options nearby. I'm not sure if the man was the owner or just an employee, but both he and the woman working there were exceedingly rude.
My experience at this subways reminded me of the dinner scene in five easy pieces when jack nickelson wanted plain toast. My husband wanted an egg and bacon flatbread sandwich, was told oh no can't make it for you cuz it's after 11am. I don't get it. They have egg and cheese. they have bacon but they couldn't possibly charge you for the egg and cheese Hold the cheese and charge extra for bacon. Because of their inflexibility, they lost 2 foot long sandwich sales tonight and countless sales from us for as long as they are in business.

Honestly, this restaurant is in terrible condition. The entrance was dirty, the windows were grimy, the floor was unpleasant, and the tables were not clean at all. It also had a strong smell of marijuana. While I could overlook the smell, the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. I didn’t see any signs of staff changing gloves or wiping down surfaces. It made me worry about what the kitchen must look like. The health department definitely needs to pay a visit to this establishment.
Today my family and I went to this Subway for lunch. James made our sandwiches. He was EXTREMELY rude! When he was making our sandwiches he was very short with us and when we asked him to repeat something because we didn't hear him, he became very irritated. The family in back of us also made a comment about his attitude. There are plenty of Subways around here. If James is working go to a different one!
Hate this subway! Always out of so many items. Been there 4 times dissatisfied 4 times. Either they got no bread or they're out of steak or have no turkey or out of bacon. I've been to a lot of subways. This by far is the worst 1. Plus the workers are rude. They have no care in the world for what you want. Hate this subway. Will never go back there!
The staff was incredibly nice, and the sub was deliciously satisfying. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars!
