Olevia is rude she needs to be re trained in her customer service maybe actually pay attention to the videos and not be such a C u next Tuesday highly disappointed all my daughter wanted was extra pickles on her sandwich and it turned into a big old ordeal about it never had an issue within the last 8 years of coming here if you hate your job that bad quit and go find somewhere else to work at I'm sure there's plenty of other businesses that could use a lousy employee such as her Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Families favorite place to get a lunchtime sandwich . Clean place,and very nice staff. This is an update. What a difference a year makes. This time around, as in very recently, there seems to be a new customer service trend. Lately, we go in, and thestaff is ONLY smiling and courteous, to pretend,to give quality care. When asking a question then the phoney smile disappearsand they get perturbed. My family and i don't need that king of service. You can keep your sandwiches and we'll keep our money.
If I could give 0 stars I would. 1 of 3 sandwiches made correctly, when placed online. This is actually a good visit as it is usually 0 sandwiches made correctly. The employee shows zero remorse for not reading simple instructions. The manager obviously does not care as this has become the norm for this location. The staff is very quiet, but the food is always good! I tried the new cheese steak. It was supposed to have 2 x provalone, it had none. The peppers and onions were only on half. I guess I shouldn't be surprised, went here before and these guys were out of bread
The service was great, but I think the Veggies should have changed. Browning salad is unattractive and not good. Remember. Overall, this is a better subway than most. And the voucher was good to use.
