Date of visit: April 8, 2023. Time: 9:02pm.It was REALLY busy at this time. About 7 to 9 high school students were dining inside, with 4 people ahead of me and 1 worker at the counter. The worker was a Punjabi man, probably working alone. No one was there to help him. Four high school students were in a single washroom and this worker had to juggle everything that was going on.The worker was fast, efficient, and friendly, considering that he was alone and so busy. I did my mobile order and had to wait because it was busy. But this worker handled all of the chaos well. He should be recognized for his service. I typically visit during dinner hours, and I’ve always found the staff to be friendly and efficient, making sure I don’t have to wait. The ingredients are fresh, and the bread is never stale. Overall, it’s a solid Subway experience—just steer clear of 11 AM to 2 PM! **Vegetarian options:** Plenty of vegetables are available! **Kid-friendliness:** They have simple subs for picky eaters, and don’t forget the cookies! **Parking:** There are plenty of parking spots since it's located in a plaza, but avoid coming during St. FX’s lunchtime!

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I visited today to get a sub, but the bread appeared dry and stale. The tuna was nearly gone, and the staff member was actually scraping the leftover tuna from the metal container to put on my sandwich. When I requested fresher tuna, she responded with an unfriendly comment, so I decided to leave and drove five minutes to a different location.

Worst subway artist till date, they should be trained well considering I am the only customer and she made it as if others are waiting. Subway should not issue coupons if the employees don’t know how to handle them. Looks like the franchise owner or even subway doesn’t care about customer service…! Reserva una mesa ahora

Unfortunately, I had to repeat myself 2 times every time I asked for something as the employees were too busy talking to each other. I requested extra sauce and the sass that came across while the employee pretended to add extra sauce was unreal.

I came here for a sandwich, but the service was terrible. The washroom was out of order, and after returning a week later, it was still not fixed. It seems they don't want anyone to use it.

I just ordered 3 sandwiches. The service was fine. The ingredients were as usual. The bread is so hard it could be used as a foundation for a stadium. Thanks for the lousy sandwich ?

She is a middle age lady who works here clearly is Fred up with her job and have really rude behaviour while making the order

The two ladies at Milton branch deserve 10 stars. Excellent service delivered with professionalism.
