Subway - Reserva de mesa

The store owner (the same short mean lady in other comments) is so rude to its customer as if they are doing a favor to its customer by serving them food. She talked to me so rudely when I asked to claim my free reward upon completing a survey on subwaylistens. The look on her face when she realised she has to give free cookies to a customer (which is subway's policy in the fisrt place) was so mean. She rudely asked me to wait, for them to serve all the customers in the shop before she could even talk to me although I was the one waiting first. Anyways, worst Subway experience in life and I request Subway Chain to impose more stringent enforcement of their policies with such greedy owners!

I believe she is the owner, and I had a terrible experience with her customer service. She came across as rude and greedy, lacking friendliness and seeming oblivious to honoring Subway's offers. In contrast, her young co-worker was completely different—very welcoming and kind.

Amazing place for Dine InWe came to explore new places away from Toronto, got hungry and came to this place Subway.The host here are very welcoming.Food quality is simply the best.Very well maintained and hygiene is 10/10.Must visit if you like Subway.Highly recommended ?

I think she’s the owner there. Horrible customer service. Came across as very rude and greedy. Absolutely not friendly and acts ignorant when it comes to honouring offers by Subway. The young co-worker with her was the opposite! Very welcoming and kind. Reserva una mesa ahora

The restaurant is always clean, the staff consistently wears fresh gloves, and they prepare my food just the way I like it! Thank you!
