I ordered a chicken teriyaki salad with double meat, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive the extra portion I paid for. The girl who served me seemed new, and when the manager checked in with her about whether she had added the double meat, it was clear that it didn’t look like it was there. I regret not saying anything at the time. The amount of meat added varies too much; when I request double, I expect two full scoops every time. This has happened three or four times now, and I’m seriously considering reporting this store to corporate since it's becoming a recurring issue. I ordered a chicken teriyaki salad and requested double meat, but I didn’t receive it. The server seemed inexperienced. The manager even asked her if she had added the double meat because it definitely didn’t look like it. I regret not speaking up about it. The portion of double meat is very inconsistent; two scoops should be just that—two full scoops—and it should be the same every time. This is the third or fourth time this has occurred, and I might have to report this location to corporate since I'm paying extra for double meat and expect consistency. On a positive note, the manager (or who appears to be the manager) is usually very nice, so I’ll give her credit for that.

Wednesday not late. 12 inch meatball ordered. Sorry only enough for a 6 inch. Went ahead with what they had left. Any soup? Nope sold out. Any sidekicks that are advertised? Nope sorry. So a shorted sub at full price, nothing else small available. Not sure what happened to this place in the last year. Staff was good though.

I always enjoy seeing the young lady who works nights. She is the only one who can prepare subs quickly and efficiently. She’s very friendly and goes out of her way to help her coworkers. Her strong work ethic truly stands out. Reserva una mesa ahora
