To keep it brief, this restaurant is appalling. I ended up with food poisoning after eating here. When I was ordering, I noticed a bucket of spoiled lettuce and tomatoes, but I went ahead anyway and regretted it. The customer service was terrible as well. To make matters worse, the owner doesn’t accept coupons. It seems they need every dollar they can get to purchase fresh ingredients. They really need to improve.
I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at this Subway location. I had been skeptical about eating at Subway due to a previous visit to the Goose Creek location, which wasn't great. However, this location exceeded my expectations and has changed my overall view of Subway. I highly recommend both the Johns Island location and this one.

I highly recommend visiting this location; the ladies working there do a fantastic job, and the store is very clean. I will definitely be returning!
I pre-paid for a sandwich, but when I arrived, they claimed they never received my order. I showed them my payment confirmation on their app, yet they still refused to give me the sandwich. Typically, when I order from this Subway, my sandwiches are well-made. However, this time, I was disappointed to find that my cheese was missing. There was barely any meat, and several items I ordered were missing. I placed my order through Uber, but I still hold Subway accountable for the issues with my meal.
I walked into this Subway eager to indulge in a tasty sandwich, but unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed. I noticed a woman picking up dusty signs from the trays of meats and toppings, which made me question the cleanliness of placing food that had fallen on the floor back onto the service area.
I got food poisoning from this place. The customer service was poor, and I found spoiled tomatoes and lettuce in the front section of my meal. I don't understand how the staff didn't notice the smell. Overall, I would not recommend wasting your time here.

They don’t mash your sandwich, and I really appreciate that about this sub shop. It seems like many Subway locations have a lot of labor problems.
