I have frequented this establishment many times but one singular employee's customer service was so terrible it has ruined the experience completely for me and makes me never want to eat here again. This person rudely told me and 2 friends had to order or get out before we even got to sit down, I told him I was going to order but I still need time to figure out what I wanted, not even 2 minutes later he said the exact same thing to us. I order and payed for my food. the guy then still told my friends they had to order or leave. went in on an extremely hot day in saint john, and was told to cover up my body, never been told this before as i'm not big chested nor do i have anything wrong showing, this employee also couldnt even say it to my face without running out back to hide after making me feel bad about my body and the way i'm dressed in a hot summer day, i've been to much finer establishments than a small subway you can barely it in, wearing the same or less and they understood that it's my body and i can wear what i want, i have shoes on, i'm wearing a shirt, i'm wearing pants, tell me where you have any right to tell me to cover up, ps there won't be a next time cause i'm not coming back

I just called as on of my subs was not in the bag the lady was extremely rude and hung up on me. Waiting to hear from the manager even though I asked to stay on the line until they are ready.

The store is clean and the staff is pleasant and patient. The meatball sub was hot and tasty. It is nice knowing what you are walking into when you go to Subway...a good sub at a fair price.

I went to eat at this restaurant and they closed the bathroom before closing time. The employee was very rude.
