I wouldn't recommend this Subway location. There's another one just 2 kilometers away that's far superior. I've had too many disappointing experiences here and will not be returning. The staff are either overly strict about portioning salad or simply lack the skills to make a decent sandwich. Yesterday, I ordered a sub, and the person serving me was unfriendly, despite my polite demeanor, and seemed indifferent to the food I had paid for. The sandwich was carelessly assembled and hastily wrapped. By the time I got home, it was such a mess that it was virtually inedible. The staff's attitude is rude, and the quality of the subs leaves much to be desired.
I had an unfortunate experience this morning at 8:40 AM on January 16 at this branch. Two people walked in ahead of me with some kind of personal product for the lady behind the counter, and they all started chatting. The staff member was applying whatever the item was on the back of her hand while I stood there, completely taken aback. She simply said, "I won’t be long," without even looking my way. I decided to leave to make it to work on time. This was the first time I encountered such behavior at a Subway, and it felt incredibly unprofessional, especially since the woman wasn’t young and should have known better. I won’t be returning.
Regular customer at Subway Christine Cnr and have luckily enough got to know a couple of the staff members names over my time, Anya and Nikia (excuse the spelling if incorrect I’ve gone out of my way to leave this review for them as they have exceptional customer service who are an absolute asset to this business. I have no doubt it’s because of these two that the regular customers keep coming back. Subs and cookies match there service too :
I decided to skip breakfast and instead opted for a fresh and healthy brunch at Subway Burleigh. However, two hours later I started feeling unwell, and an hour after that I was stuck in the bathroom for the rest of the afternoon. The food definitely did not feel fresh, and I won't be going back.

I stopped in and ordered a 6-inch sub for my daughter at Subway. It had two pieces of turkey, two pieces of salami, a small amount of lettuce, and two slices of cheese. The total cost was over $20, which is much higher than most other shops that charge around $12. I will not be returning.
I had an excellent experience this morning! The service was outstanding, and the sub was fantastic. The guy was managing everything on his own—opening the shop, cooking the bread, and preparing the subs as quickly as possible. He definitely deserves a raise; I wish I had caught his name!

There are some other Subway restaurants nearby, but this one is the best. I really enjoy their Subway Melt sandwich, and I also recommend their sandwich-making skills. - Jeff

When I'm down the Gold Coast every now and then I like to a have a Subway , it's sort of like a treat when I'm down So far so good with these guys .
