This restaurant provides a top-notch Subway experience, even in the midst of staff shortages. The staff excels in prompt service, friendliness, cleanliness, product knowledge, and professionalism. I always enjoy spending my lunch money here multiple times a week because of the great overall atmosphere. My only suggestion would be to provide tissues with the food, which was promptly addressed with a smile when asked. Thank you to the entire team at Subway Balcatta for their hard work. And thank you to Subway for offering their annual 12 Days of Christmas promotions.
Ever since I became pregnant, there is one sub sandwich that I always crave. I am very particular about how I want it prepared and the ingredients that go into it. Thankfully, there is a wonderful young lady working at this Subway location who always caters to my requests, remembers my order every time, and provides friendly and efficient service. It is her kind and caring demeanor that keeps me coming back to this subway location over others. Keep up the good work!
Very good range of healthy Lunch and/or Dinner alternatives to the usual Fast-Food fare that is plentiful in Perth. Choices are limited only by your imagination. Prices represent excellent value. If going for Lunch either go a little earlier or later than the usual Lunch-time period or you'll get caught up in a rush!
good subway! and this is rare. this is the only place that knows to give me a discount if only order a cheese mayo sub. other places calculate me occasionally discounted or the full price for 1 ingredient sauce. consistency among the sales prices would be nice.

As a new addition to the Subway menu I decided to give it a try and was very pleased with my choice. It lives us to the standard and reputation that Subway have established. It was good tasting, healthy and a great way to enjoy lunch.
I highly recommend this place for lunch. The staff is incredibly friendly, polite, and adorable. The food tasted fresh and the restaurant is very clean. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Recently went here on a busy Saturday. The all female staff were super efficient and the preparation areas were exceptionally clean. Very fast service.
