Absolutely disgusted with the service I just received. I was told that if I want to order using card payment, I could not order directly with the employee. I was basically refused service because the company have taken the card payment machine away from the employees to use. Me the customer!! likes to order my food directly with the employee!! I LIKE TO SEE MY SUB BEING MADE. The company have covered the whole glass with a big green sheet saying use the Kiosk... I don't think so!?! What happened to ordering your subway and wathing it being made and having an interaction with the employee. Tey might as well put robots behind the counter now. Come to this subway every month for around 2 years. Got two meals for me and my partner. The new order screens are gd but waited nearly 20 minutes for my food. To then sit down an have burnt bread, must b running out of chicken tikka as was hardly any in my footlong. Was all salad an sauce. Never coming back here after spending £19.89. Place has gone down hill majorly. All seats were taken as people getting take aways were waiting that long they sit down an people eating in then can't sit down. Tables an floor were dirty, like hadn't been cleaned that day. Go else where if u want value for yr money
The floor could be a bit cleaner but the service is very good and the plant based steak sandwiches are good. We tried this Subway twice and both times we where served by the same person who was nice a south asian man . They get bonus points for being inclusive and treated everyone equally nice and respectful, other businesses in the area don’t hold the same standards.
I always find Subway good for a filling lunch with so many choices of fillings and sauces. Good options for veggies and vegans too. Meal deals are quite reasonable. Don't expect much in the way of atmosphere, it is functional and the seating is designed for short stays. I had a tex next sun on hearty Italian bread, nice and spicy and good with some crunchy salad

New ordering system is ridiculous, can't order things how you want them, takes twice as long and you can't see your food being made. The old way was much more straightforward and quicker, change for changes sake to try and justify the huge price increases for worse quality food.
Absolutely shocking, no one I store and still made my so wait for 12 minutes as he was busy eager to go home and not wanting to serve the kid, had to go in and ask what the old up was,. It was then that he decided to serve the kid after nearly 20 mins waiting.
Slow service due to inexperienced new staff members who were passing on the workload to the senior member. Avoid if your in a hurry. Competitive pricing and good choice of fresh ingredients.
Toilets STILL out of order. Over a month now. Pull your finger out. Anybody tempted by the bacon cheese stack, dont bother. Very thin. Looks totally different from the advert.
