we visited the shop to eat at lunchtime when we finished shopping. they could only proving 1 brot they had no meatballs ready the salad selection was not great. there were 2 people in the load, but the service had not great...customer service he was very quiet, not understood what the people had asked him, he had to get another member of the staff to explain, there were no meatballs they got what they asked, what was the replacement because they did not want to wait. the portion sizes are very economical, they would have thought that promoting healthy eating would mean a decent amount of salate. they think we will stay in future with the on hanwell fields.
Fine for take out sandwiches but very limited seating, one 2 seat table and a 4 seat bar along the window. There are also a couple of tables outside. Food and drink was what you would expect from a Subway, cheap and cheerful but there...is a lot of other choice very close by that I would likely prefer the next time I eat in the centre of Banbury.
my favorite is ham cheese on Italian brot, I love my lunch with my tante on the subway. the whole food is so delicious, I have the foot long sub now I am 6 years old. we really like the ppl that make my sub(Kelly does...the best subs)they are very friendly have a little chat with me! Metro is so delicious!
I love taking my grandson to Subway because he adores the meatball sub sandwich. The staff consistently prepares it just the way we like it, without any problems. While the prices are slightly higher, the food is delicious and the service is excellent. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Every time I visit this restaurant, I'm greeted by a warm and accommodating staff. They prepared a delicious sub sandwich for me and recommended a sauce that I absolutely loved.
its probably one of the cleanest restaurants in the city, eating is always fresh enough healthy choices for children.
Whenever we visit a new city, my friend always insists on eating at one of the branches of this restaurant chain.
I was extremely disappointed with the portion of salad I received! I felt completely overcharged for what I got.
