I arrived at this restaurant and found it empty. The door chime rang, but the worker in the back continued to do dishes. It wasn't until two more customers came in separately, about 8-10 minutes later, that the employee finally washed their hands. The worker was very short and rude, unless you were a regular ordering an easy sandwich. Unfortunately, my sandwich was not closed properly before being wrapped, causing the sauce to spill everywhere inside the bag. The restaurant seemed unclean and understaffed. I visited this restaurant and found it to be empty. The cashier who was working continued doing dishes in the back, ignoring me until two more customers arrived separately about 8-10 minutes later. The cashier then washed their hands and seemed short and rude, unless the customer was a regular ordering a simple sandwich. The cashier did not close my sandwich properly before packing it, causing the sauce to spill everywhere. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking and it seemed like more help was needed. Understaffed and dirty. Most of the toppings are empty and look a day old. Guacamole was brown. I was told they “don’t do breakfast any more”but it is still advertised on the menu. Second time I went there they all of a sudden do breakfast again. I just needed to wait to have eggs defrosted.

I had a great experience at Subway the other day. I stopped in for a steak and cheese footlong and the customer service was excellent. The woman helping me, Lucy, provided exceptional customer service.

I have visited this restaurant twice at 4:30, and both times the sign says "open" and the lights are on. However, the doors were locked and there were no employees inside. I was very confused.
