We stopped by this Subway for a quick late breakfast, but unfortunately, there was only one employee on duty who seemed overwhelmed trying to serve customers. Communication was a challenge, as English was a relatively new language for her. Our order included a sandwich we didn't request and a few small mix-ups with the ingredients. We learned that this location just moved from Turkey Leg Road, and we understand that first impressions are crucial for new customers. We believe there’s room for improvement, and we’re hopeful things will get better.
If I could I would give this zero stars. The manager at Subway, Jennifer, is very unprofessional. She locks the doors at prime lunch time and makes customers wait on her so she can take smoke breaks. She yells at her coworkers in front of customers. And pretty much everyone knows her whole life story. Today on a cold and rainy day, she refused to make soup because as she stated she didn 't want to have to keep stirring it.
The impolite owner or manager at this location makes it impossible to order a 3” sandwich for a child the way they want it. I ended up having to buy an overpriced 6” plain cold cut sandwich for $6.50. Seriously, Subway, you need to fix this and allow kids' meals to be customizable. This is the only location where I've encountered this issue. I won't be returning to this one because of it.
Stop in here every Wed for lunch and the staff is awesome. Today a girl was working totally alone...I asked if she was it, and she said yes with a smile! Never complained just went about her work. I told her she was doing an amazing job. About ten people in line when I left and she was killing it....GREAT WORKER!!!!!

This subway has the nice's staff and a very clean store i told them about the men's restroom having stuff on the floor and the staff went and cleaned it up as soon as i told them about it. i would send all my friends there.
Jennifer was the only person working and doing the best she could. Sandwiches were made well. Unfortunately, the line was very long and it took a long time. Get Jennifer some help!
The chicken bacon ranch is my favorite! This Subway is great—quick service and friendly staff.
Fast, friendly service. I usually stop in here a couple times per month. Never disappointed.

Great Subs, friendly folks, and they are pretty fast also. Overall, no complaints here.
This place is not clean the staff is rude and they don't Wash there hands.
