If you're planning to visit Subway in Swansea, I recommend going during the lunch shift when they have two fantastic employees working. This is when the food is freshly made to order and delicious. However, if you prefer your salad with chopped vegetables, this may not be the best place for you as it is store policy not to chop them. In that case, you may want to try the #6 Subway where they will happily accommodate your request. I give this location 5 stars for the hardworking and dedicated employees who are there Monday through Friday during the first shift.
The young man at the restaurant was friendly, but it was evident that he was still learning. My only complaint is that he needed to slow down and pay more attention to what the customer was saying. When we asked for provolone, he initially grabbed the cheese in a shaker. Overall, the food, service, and atmosphere were rated a 4 out of 5.

I recently had a fantastic dining experience at Subway. Elizabeth provided excellent service and made the best sub I've ever had. The service was prompt and the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend trying their sandwiches. Overall, it was a 5-star experience.

The restaurant is decent, but it's definitely not your typical sub from Western New York. You wouldn't believe it unless you saw a picture. Overall, the food was rated a 3, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.
Great service and well made. They have a drive-thru here! It's easy to miss since you pull into the lot on the opposite side of the building. It's off to the left--you pull through and loop around.
Everything was fresh. They served me a generous portion of meat. The staff was welcoming and friendly.
The staff at this restaurant is fantastic - they are always friendly and I have never had any issues.
