I went to the drive-thru because the dining room was closed at 7:30. However, when I received my order, I realized that some items were missing. I had to go back to the window and wait in line to get the missing items, but when I got home, I found out that the items were wrong. I ordered two queso fries, but instead got two nacho cheese fries with no queso at all. My recent experiences at this Wendy's have been disappointing. The service has gone downhill. The take-out meal for dinner cost between $50-100 per person. The food was rated a 3, service a 2, and atmosphere a 3.
I'm writing this as I just left the drive thru. The dining room is supposed to be open but isn't, then u call them on the phone n it's a busy signal. Completely poor service n management. I would rate this restaurant with negative stars if I could. It is the worst place ever, with almost nothing in the burger and a coke that tastes like mold. It's gross, so don't waste your money here. Please shut down this rundown and poorly managed place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My children enjoy this restaurant occasionally. The takeout service is good, but the food quality, service, and atmosphere are rated as a 2 out of 5.
I stopped by the drive-thru for lunch and got a chicken sandwich and fries. Both were delicious and exceeded my expectations.
