Title: Disappointing Experience at Subway in Carbondale
I have to say, the customer service at the Subway in Carbondale was shockingly poor. My husband and I stopped in for lunch today, and when I requested extra onions, the server only added a small amount. When I asked for more, she flat out refused, claiming that if they ran out of onions, there wouldn't be any left for other customers. This was perplexing, as there is no actual onion shortage anywhere else.
My husband then ordered his sandwich and suggested that she just put the onions on my sandwich instead. She responded with, “I can’t do that.” Seriously? It's the same onions; how hard could it be to just transfer them? So, we sugge...
I placed an online order for my lunch break, but it was incorrect. I didn't have enough time to go back to the store. When I contacted District Manager Heather White, she informed me that they don't issue refunds. So it looks like I won't be eating today. Thanks, Subway.
Staff was rude. We started our order then they said they don't coupons. They should have told us before we started our order. We just walked out and made it clear that it was nonsense and won't be coming back and no reason why they couldn't take the coupons.
What subway anywhere in Illinois does not take or accept their own subway coupons. This subway will never get mine nor my companies business and I would never and will never recommend this carbondale il subway to

Won 't accept coupons because of the increased price of labor . Give me a break. With three other subway locations in Carbondale just go somewhere else.
The customer service here is the worst I've ever experienced. Each time I visit, I think it can't possibly get any worse, but somehow it does.
To the younger lady who works here , 10/10. Highly recommend. For the manager, 0/10. Lazy, lazy, lazy.
Was gonna eat here, but homeless people seeping on your businesses doorstep is so not the vibe.
