I used an app to order sandwiches. After submitted the order and realized that I forgot add option toasted and some ranches, sauces. I ran inside and requested to have them toasted and and some ranches because i forgot. They refused my requested and act like so rude. Like a discriminate. The sandwiches tasted so bad due to no ranches no sauces, no cheese. Only tuna and some vestable nothing else. It is unbelievable. Would never come back here ever. It is my very first time and also the very last time here in this restaurant.
I came here on my lunch break from work. I was very excited to get to have subway today after not having it for so long. But I was very very unsatisfied that I paid $12.48 for a 6in Italian BMT and I couldn't even get any vegetables on it at all because they were not fresh. They must have week nearly a week old. The pickles had a little mold on them and the spinach was so dry it was crispy. I didn't want to risk getting sick so I didn't get an veggies. I want a refund.
Sandwich was ok she didn't ask me if I liked it toasted and I left a bag on accident and tried calling since 8am today (1/24/2014) like 15 times no lie. No answer leeft 2 messages I'm coming from a little ways so I hope nobody threw it away or snatched it up.Edit: that is all I wanted to know but no answer for 21/2 hours now in getting off the bus to find that out...and she barely gave me meat
