The food here is quite good, but I have one major issue: every time I visit, the staff is always in the back and I have to shout to get someone to help me. Often, I end up waiting over six minutes for service. When they finally do come out, they seem to have a negative attitude, as if I'm the problem. Because of this, I've started going to the Subway on Broadway and Chevy Chase. They at least greet you with a friendly hello and have someone at the front. I know your team can do better!
They kept talking and laughing in Spanish the whole time ordering, thought that very unprofessional to start. I asked for a tuna sandwich but the scoops were super stingy. The cucumbers weren't fresh and to the last amount, I asked do you have any fresh ones in the back, the worker replies we don't....Well Don't spend your hard earned money here, I know I won't ever again.
Subway provides, at best, overpriced and average-tasting sandwiches. They can’t compete with the authentic offerings at Italian and Jewish delis. I only visit when I'm in the mood for a quick bite. Generally, the staff at different locations are friendly and helpful. I should also mention that their cookies are quite good, as is their raspberry tea.
This Subway store at Glendale in Sobey’s plaza serves the best food and great customer service. Each bite of my sub was delicious.Raam was great, he made sure to wash hands and change gloves before he serves me since I’m vegetarian.Overall experience was fabulous. Whoever made the veggie delite sub I just ordered on doordash deserves a rise. (3.40pm) Perfectly toasted, and ingredients are perfectly placed and balanced. Thank you.
Avoid the soda and drink machines. There is visible mold and a creamy paste buildup. It's a health hazard. Check out the pictures for yourself.
