Saw the sign that read, ?under new management,? and thought it would be quick, easy and painless. Maybe the goood reviews were because someone else was helping them. I was at about 1:55pm today 3/14/2022. I walk in and the guy is making a sandwich. Hedoesn?t acknowledge me or say hello. So I wait?.I wait?.he still says nothing to me but has already seen me. He continues makingthe sandwich for what I assume was an Uber Eats or someone who wasn?t there yet. Then I keep browsing the menu waiting for himto finish. Then he finishes and I expect he might say hello or how can I help you? Still nothing from him. He looks at me andpushes a cart to the back. He?s in the back for about a minute. By now it?s awkward. Then we walks out again and walks passed meagain. Now I?ve been waiting maybe 5 minutes with not even a hello. Finally he looks up at me and just looks at me sayingnothing. Unbelievable! I work for Rolex and understand we all have bad days and I?m usually the guy, like him, behind thecounter. But no matter what?s going on I always greet customers and if I can?t get to them right away say something like,?Someone will be right with you. Thank you for waiting.? At least to acknowledge the customer. I know I wasn?t at Rolex or anyluxury establishment but basic fundamental customer service was non-existent here today. What a disaster. I wonder if the newmanagement has ever seen this type of behavior before from its staff. I think a basic talking to this employee about basiccustomer service is definitely in order.
