I love subway, I will always get it every chance I can but I won't be ordering online again. I got 2 foot long meals so 2 drinks and 2 sides (total of 4 cookies) I went to pick up my order and only saw one drink so I asked for another cup since I got 2. Dude said I only ordered one, no sir I got two look at the receipt. Says okay and tells me to just grab a cup. So since they forgot my drink I checked the rest of my food, yup forgot 2/4 cookies so I tell them, hey I'm also missing 2 cookies. And he wants to check my receipt again. So I finally get my cookies and drink and leave. Can you guys hire people that read??
Put in online order only to wait in the store 20 minutes as they helped every customer who came through the door before making my food. Sandwiches are now way overpriced and the service is still terrible. Do better.
7/13/23 1:47pm the guy with the piercings and colored hair was rude and rushed me through the line. All the while sloppily putting my subs together and manhandling them. Definitely don't recommend this
The service was great, but it doesn't feel like a real Subway without Sriracha. If you had that, it would truly make it a Subway experience. Sriracha is a must—please add it here!

I always pick up my breakfast on my way to work—a BMT sandwich with chicken salad. The restaurant is spacious and the customer service is excellent.
I mean it was three people working,I'm the only person waiting and no one was ready to take my order for like 6 minutes...
One employee didn't seem very enthusiastic about their job and didn't appear to listen attentively to the customers.
Great staff, beautiful food, gorgeous decor.
