Almost every time me my family comes into this establishment, we leave feeling bad for even coming here. At least one of their employees has an attitude. Last time, I took my young brother here a black lady that was working the shift was mad because he didn’t know how to order. It was his first time in a Subway ever. This time, I sent someone here to get a custom order the employee was irritated because the last thing on the list of my order was bacon, which he had to toast by itself since he already toasted the sandwich… which was the employee’s fault anyways because my person specifically said NOT to toast my order in the beginning.No customer should feel like a burden. My brother felt bad...
I would give this restaurant a negative star if I could, but Google doesn't allow it. The young man behind the counter overcharged my mother by $20 and insulted her, then he kept her change. I've heard from other customers that he has a habit of doing the same to them. Additionally, the staff doesn't wear hair nets, and this particular gentleman has excessive body hair, which makes the whole experience uncomfortable and somewhat unpleasant. The restaurant often runs out of ingredients by 1 PM, and they are rude when customers inquire about restocking. The only positive aspect of this location is that the bathroom is consistently clean.
I had the worst Subway experience ever. I spent $13 on a sandwich that was mostly just bread and super dry.
This restaurant doesn’t accept coupons, or so I was informed. I was really disappointed.
