I 'm not sure if this location is under new management with new employees but the Customer Service I received from both Anastasia and the manager was the worst. This location needs to retrain the manager on customer service so that the employees under her can also learn what Customer Service means. It is unacceptable to be rude to a customer because they don 't agree with a inconsistent staff operation. It is unacceptable that I have been able to make a item substitute at this location many times and other locations without an upcharge then out of the blue the manager says there is a charge to substitute. let me start with, YOU SHOULD HAVE MORE THEN 1 EMPLOYEE WORKING AT ALL TIMES. It gets busy! BUT DAISY HANDLED IT LIKE A BOSS! She kept her composure and still remained super polite. she needs to be recognized for this! I worked in this industry and let me tell you, it's stressful! but good job daisy , I'll be back here ONLY because DAISY made my visit well worth it! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
