I placed an order through the Subway app and went in to pick up three sandwiches, only to find a handwritten sign at the counter stating they were out of onions, mayo, lettuce, provolone, and ice. There was no apology or effort to offer a sandwich using the available menu items. The result was three disappointing sandwiches and indifferent staff. There’s no chance I’ll return; I’m willing to drive further for a better product.
Today, my two children, aged 10 and 12, and I visited this Subway and were met with a very rude employee named Lonah. She was incredibly unpleasant, making it the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Lonah practically threw the toppings onto the sub with a look of disgust. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I have no plans to return. The sandwiches were so carelessly assembled that we couldn’t enjoy them at all.
The experience was less than ideal. Our order came without any pickles, which was disappointing since my granddaughter was excited for her pepperoni, mozzarella, and pickle sandwich. Additionally, the toaster overcooked the sandwich. The young woman helping the regular employee appeared to be new, as there were a few mistakes during our visit.
